When we started the business, we had one simple question we used when deciding on properties that we invested in and then let out - 'would we be happy for our 16 year old daughter to live here?'

We've grown as a business and she's grown into an adult, but our key value hasn't changed - every property has to meet that criteria. If we wouldn't have wanted our child to live there, why would we want our tenant to?
